Step 2. We will contact you once your application is received and reviewed.
Step 3. We’ll schedule a 3 part interview. Phonecall, Zoom Meeting 1, Zoom Meeting 2.
 If the phone call and Zoom 1 go well, we will send you a personality assessment as well as a few screening questions to gauge your abilities prior to Zoom 2.
Step 4. Background checks, reference checks and drug screenings are performed.
Step 5. If our board approves your application, we will send you on a “trial project” - we grade for cleanliness, attention to detail, and how careful and timely you are.
Step 6. Welcome Aboard! We will assess your trial project to determine whether you are ready to start working, or if you need some extra training.
Step 7. Meet the crew, start cleaning & make some money!
